How do I place an order?
Unlike many printing services online, we are pretty hands on. To start an order, send us an email or give us a phone call letting us know what you’d like to do. We will let you know what images and text files to prepare and we will work with you to get your project to the Proof stage. We work with you on a one-on-one basis. [CONTACT INFO]
How do I submit image and text files?
You can EMAIL image and text files. Be sure to put your name in the email. Also, be sure to send these files as attachments. Images sent embedded in your email are automatically shrunk and the image quality is degraded.
You can also use a services like yousendit (www.yousendit.com); Easy File Sharing (www.file-sharing.com); or Dropbox (www.dropbox.com).
We also have an ftp site. If you would like to use it, let us know and we will send you the details.
Can I mail a CD?

How do I view the Proof?
We will email you an electronic proof as a jpeg or pdf. Depending on the project, we will also mail you a proof.
What Image files do you accept?
We accept image files in .jpg/.jpeg, .gif, .tif or .pdf format. Image resolution should be 300dpi or better.
What text files do you accept?
We accept text files in Word (.doc or .docx), text (.txt) or OpenOffice (.odt).
We do not accept files in most Mac formats (e.g., .pages, .cwk). If you use Office for Macintosh, please save your files in Office for Windows format.
How do I make a payment?
We accept cheques, as well as Mastercard and Visa. We will accept cash in U.S. or Canadian dollars in person, but only by special arrangement. We also offer the option of paying an electronic invoice via PayPal.
About PayPal: You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal and you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or your PayPal account.

When will I get my finished print job?
Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project. In general terms, your print job will ship within 5 business days of your approval of the proof.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after being shipped?
You will be notified when your shipment goes out. All estimates are based on U.S. Postal Service and Canada Post standard service expectations:
Canadian Orders: Canada Post delivers in 3 to 7 business days to most locations.
U.S. Orders: Delivered within 2 to 7 business days to most locations in the Continental U.S.
International Orders: Air mail orders generally arrive in 7 to 10 business days, but may vary.
Can I pay extra for a rush shipment?
Yes you can.
How much does Shipping & Handling cost?
Shipping rates in Canada are calculated on a per-order basis and are based on the size and weight of the final product. When you place your order, we will calculate the shipping cost.
In the United States, we use the US Postal Service’s flat rate Priority Mail shipping for most orders. You can learn more about Flat Rate Priority Shipping HERE.
Shipping rates on orders outside the U.S. and Canada are calculated on a per-order basis and will be billed to you separately through PayPal.
Do you collect Sales Tax?
Canadian Orders
All items shipped to a Canadian location are subject to GST (HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Ontario). QST is applicable on all items if your shipping address is within Quebec. Applicable taxes will be included in the Taxes subtotal of your order.
U.S. Orders
Orders shipped within the United States, excluding Vermont, are not subject to Sales Tax.
Vermont Orders
All items shipped to addresses in Vermont are subject to 6% Vermont sales tax. If the order is being shipped to the Vermont towns of Burlington, Dover, Killington, Manchester, Middlebury, Rutland Town, South Burlington, Stratton, Williston, or Winhall, then orders are subject to the additional Local Option Tax of 1%. If the order is for resale or by an exempt organization, you may file a VT Form S-3 with us by downloading [THIS FORM] and mailing it to us.
Outside the United States & Canada
For customers outside the United States and Canada: International shipments are tax exempt, however your country’s customs bureau may impose fees.
